Delivery and Shipping Process

We will try our best to ship your order in 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Package normally be shipped on the same day before 4 PM if all items are in stock. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and get the tracking details in the mail.

We have a local delivery service in the United States (warehouse in US West and US East) Europe (Czech) Russia (Moscow) Others will be shipping from our Asia warehouse (Shenzhen).

You can check the stock in each overseas warehouse on product pages firstly before you place orders.

In COVID, delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please understand.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
