How to get a refund

Refund Policy
At LEDDoorSillPro, your satisfaction is our topmost priority. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we're here to help with our hassle-free return and refund policy.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Along with the product, proof of purchase is required. Please note that LEDDoorSillPro reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is found to be used or damaged upon inspection.
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items, such as clearance or custom products, are non-refundable unless defective. We encourage customers to review the product descriptions carefully prior to purchase.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately for assistance. In such cases, LEDDoorSillPro will cover return shipment costs.
